The December issue covered the launch of the Splash! Appeal with a brief round up of some of our past and current projects.
January covered our Youth Music project, Swingbridge
which has brought pre-school music, movement and singing activities to
15 seperate locations in Hereford South Wye Hereford, Clehonger and
Madley. The project began in October 2012 and is due to end at the end
of this month; The Music Pool successfully applied and secure funding to
continue the project beyond March 2014.
February, covered Sing Spring In, a project commissioned by Herefordshire Music Service,
which develops singing activities in 34 county schools, bringing
singers from clusters of schools together for end of term culminatory
April reported on the revival of the Hereford River Carnival, which re-launched this year after a 41-year break.
May highlighted The Music Pool's regular sessions in some of Hereford's Special Needs schools and the positive effect the sessions have had on the pupils.
June was about our regular sessions for adults with various special needs, which have been incredibly popular with participants, other organisations in the sector and carers alike.
July covered the release of THE LIVEWIRE ALBUM 2014, which is now available to download off Livewire's Sound Cloud account on a 'pay what you like' basis. Any funds raised will go to the Splash! Appeal to enable future Livewire projects.

August was a feature on the exclusive fundraising event 'An Evening with Ian Storey'. Often known as 'Billy Elliot of Opera', the locally based, world renowned tenor lends his voice in aid of the Splash! Appeal.
The October was a review of The Music Pool's fundraising event 'An Evening with Ian Storey at Priory Church in Leominster on Saturday 20th September 2014.
