OMG Herefordshire 2014/15

On the search for Herefordshire's next generation of great artists...

OMG Herefordshire
is a search to find the next great young local artist from the area.

We are sorry to announce that EMO, the company running OMG Live, have had to cancel the show that was scheduled to take place at the LG Arena in Birmingham on 19th April, and also the accompanying master-classes due to unforeseen circumstances.  It was originally planned that the winner of OMG Herefordshire would perform at this event.

However, we are pleased to announce that thanks to support from The Music Pool’s partners, the show will go on!  The winning act of this Sunday’s OMG Herefordshire will be awarded a day in KJM studios to record a short demo of their music and a performance slot at Nozstock festival 2015.  These are both excellent opportunities for a young musician starting out in their career and we are very grateful to both KJM Studios and Nozstock festival for supporting The Music Pool’s continued effort to nurture young musical talent in Herefordshire.

OMG Live is a region-wide project endorsed by Music Education Hubs.  The Music Pool is delighted to be commissioned by Herefordshire Music Service to run OMG Herefordshire.

Finalists for the Herefordshire heat have now been selected, they are:

Ashley Sey
- 17 year old Rapper/Singer from Hereford
Amelia Hunter

Jasmine Jennings
- 16 year old Singer from Kington
