The Carrivick Sisters
Identical twins Charlotte and Laura Carrivick grew up playing and writing music together. Their unique style blends strong bluegrass influences with their English roots. With tight harmonies that only siblings can achieve, they perform their own songs on guitar, fiddle, mandolin, dobro and clawhammer banjo.
They have performed at Glastonbury, SxSW in Texas, Llangollen Eistedffod and a host of other festivals.
Runners-up in the 2010 BBC Young Folk Awards the Devon twins recorded their 4th album From the Fields: released, to great acclaim, in Summer 2011. "From the Fields  shows their meteoric progress as first rate players in a field that by its nature cannot be faked. You can either play bluegrass or you can't and these players certainly can."
